Hiya Mark!
Welcome to planDisney and please allow me to be the first to congratulate you and your sister on your shiny new
Magic Key Passes! I'm glad that they seem more readily obtainable than they did around this time last year. I hope that the two of you enjoy yours as much as I have mine.
Since you were the individual who actually purchased the Magic Keys, they will remain linked to your account in terms of "ownership" even though one of them actually belongs to your sister. In order to have this changed, you'll need to call the
Magic Key Guest Services phone line and speak to a Cast Member there. Normally, Magic Keys are nontransferable according to their
Terms and Conditions. However, it sounds like you've already had her link the Pass to her account, so they should be able to see the name on the pass corresponding with the account holder.
Have you had a chance to explore some of the additional benefits of your new Magic Key? I would encourage you to make some reservations and head over to the
Magic Key Terrace in Disney California Adventure when you get the chance! It's our own little hacienda getaway nestled above the hustle and bustle of the Theme Park and serves some really wonderful dishes. And don't forget to check the Magic Key Portal within the
Disneyland Mobile App. Now that you're a Keyholder, you never know when you might find a special merchandise item that you just can't live without!
Mark, I hope that this was helpful for you and I wish you a truly magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth the next time you visit! If you ever have more questions, please feel free to come back, because you're always welcome at planDisney and we'd love to hear from you again.
Have a Magical Day!
