    I bought 5 Magic Your Way 1 Day tickets through the MWR. I tried making a park reservation to Hollywood Studios, but it’s grayed out. Does that mean I can’t go to that park with these tickets? The person at the MWR said that Sunday was available

The Walt Disney World Resort offers some phenomenal discounts to U.S. military members and their families, and the Magic Your Way Ticket is one ticket type that service personnel can obtain at deeply discounted rates. I checked in with a helpful Cast Member who informed me that this ticket type does require theme park reservations, similar to the Disney Military Salute Ticket. Upon checking theme park reservation availability for the date you've mentioned, it appears that Disney's Hollywood Studios does still have remaining availability at the time of writing. Is it possible that theme park reservations have already been made for these tickets? This would explain why that park is showing as unavailable for the desired date.

    Since this is a specific question and I don't have the ability to see your tickets in My Disney Experience, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the Walt Disney World Resort for one-on-one assistance, Elvis. You could get in touch with them by dialing the Existing Tickets phone line or by chatting with the Internet Help Desk on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Alternatively, you could utilize the chat functionality in the My Disney Experience mobile app. A Cast Member should be able to help you understand whether you already have theme park reservations for these tickets - or to aid you in making them for Disney's Hollywood Studios (pending availability).
