    Hi I bought my magic bands back in March 2020 and I know the 2 year mark just passed but is it possible that I can trade them in and get new ones when I get to the parks?

    I’m so glad to hear you’ll finally be returning to the magic at Walt Disney World Resort. Are you counting down the days yet? I know I would be!

    Unfortunately, you cannot exchange previously purchased MagicBands for new MagicBands. However, the MagicBands you currently own can still be used for your upcoming vacation and any future Walt Disney World Resort vacations you plan. You can make sure your MagicBands are still active in your My Disney Experience mobile app by going to your profile and selecting “MagicBands & Cards” from the options. If you click on “Your MagicBands & Cards,” you will see a list of all the MagicBands assigned to you. Just make sure the ones you want to use say “Active” next to them. If they don’t, click on the MagicBand number and select “Activate” to make it usable again.
