I'm sorry you are having issues making park reservations. A few years ago, Disneyland Resort updated its ticket structure and is now using a seasonal tiered system for 1-day park tickets and 1-day park hoppers only (so if you purchase a multi-day ticket, the tiers aren't applicable). I'm guessing your admission is in a lower tier and cannot be used on November 30. Take a look at the
tier assignments and blockout dates on the Disneyland website. Your tier should be printed on the ticket.
If you're set on going on a specific day, consider upgrading to a higher tier. Ticket upgrades may be available as long as the ticket is wholly (100%) unused and the ticket you want to purchase is of equal or greater value. Give the
Guest Information Ticket Sales team a call for information and assistance with your ticket needs. Cast Members are available daily from 7 am - 9 pm PST at (714) 781-4636. Before upgrading, be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see if your date is still open.
