    I bought our group tickets and I would like for each person to have their own. What do I need to do? I see no tickets or ticket numbers.

    Hey there, hi there, Laura! 

    I’m as cheery as can be seeing that your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is so very soon! I hope you and your Mouseke-squad are ready to try all the Mickey-shaped treats and discover new adventures! 

    Laura, you should have received single or multiple confirmation numbers for the order once you purchased your theme park tickets. You will need to link those confirmation numbers on your My Disney Experience account, and then the tickets will show up there. Once your group is connected through your Family & Friends list, you can go in and reassign each ticket to the person the ticket belongs to. 

    If you want each person to have a physical ticket, you need those confirmation numbers as proof of purchase when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. Then, you can visit the Will Call window, located at the entrance of all four theme parks, or Guest Relations at Disney Springs to collect the theme park tickets. Once you have the tickets, you’ll be able to give them to each person in your party. 

    Overall, you do not see the ticket numbers quite yet because you first have to link them to your My Disney Experience account. 

    To add the tickets to your My Disney Experience account, open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App and select the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the screen. Then, select “Tickets and Passes” and click on the “+” on the top right corner of the screen. Once here, you will want to choose “Link Tickets & Passes,” which will allow you to either enter the ID code or scan the bar code using your smart device’s camera. 

    You should now see that the tickets are showing in your account and can assign them to your party by going to the ticket (located under “Tickets and Passes”) and clicking “Reassign Pass.” It will allow you to select the Guests from your Family & Friends list. If you need to add new Guests to your party in your account, you can scroll down to “Add a Guest” to enter their information manually. 

    If you have any trouble with this, I recommend speaking to a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app. Just click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right again, and scroll down to select “Chat With Us.”
