Hello, I bought genie plus this morning for Epcot, me and by husband and never used it. Is there a way I could get a refund? Thank you.

    Welcome to planDisney, Lena!

Thanks for sending your question our way. I hope you're having a fantastic Walt Disney World vacation so far, and I'd be happy to help with your inquiry.

Officially, Disney Genie+ Service is nonrefundable, but if your husband went all day without making a single Lightning Lane selection, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member to see if they can do anything. If you're still in EPCOT, stop by a Guest Experience Team umbrella or visit a Guest Relations window near both theme park entrances. Alternatively, you can try the chat feature on the My Disney Experience mobile app. A few years ago, I had a good experience chatting and getting a refund for an Individual Lightning Lane Entry I could not redeem due to an attraction's extended downtime. Click the three parallel lines from the mobile app's home screen, then the "Chat with Us" tile. I'll keep my fingers crossed that something works out for you, Lena!

I hope this has been helpful and that the rest of your trip goes smoothly. Have you seen the new drone show at Disney Springs? Disney Dreams That Soar debuted just last week and looks fabulous! My family and I can't wait to see it on our upcoming summer getaway. Thanks again for writing to planDisney; please reach out again if there's anything we can do to make future vacations even more magical.

Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow,
    Betsy
