Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christina! I hEAR you have an upcoming stay at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort! I love the tranquil feeling of this resort because it is wrapped around the 22-acre Lago Dorado. I hope you have lots of sunny weather during your trip so you can enjoy the
Dig Site pool, which features a 50-foot replica of a Mayan pyramid!
There are so many reasons to love about living in the Sunshine State, but the one I'm most envious of is the special ticket offers exclusive to
Florida Residents; currently, there is a great deal called the
4-Park Magic Ticket. Florida residents now have the convenient option to verify their residency online when purchasing select tickets. When buying tickets through the Walt Disney World website, fill out the "Your Florida Resident Information" form upon check-out, and this will save you precious time when you arrive at the Parks. Unfortunately, once you go through the Check-out process and have your tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience account, this is no longer an option, but keep it in mind for the future. You can show
proof of residency at any
Guest Relations location at the four theme parks, or you can go the day before to the
Disney Springs Ticket Center, located by Blaze Pizza. At this time, Walt Disney World Resort hotels are not able to verify Florida residency.
I hope this helps, Christina! If I may make one more suggestion, be sure to check out the
Epcot International Festival of the Arts while you're in town. It's a unique celebration of art, entertainment, and food that you don't want to miss!
