Hiya Michelle!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you had to cancel your plans to visit the Disneyland Resort last year. I totally understand that sometimes life can get in the way but I certainly hope that you're able to visit soon.
I'd be happy to help try and locate your tickets for you! Thankfully, the good news is that
Theme Park Tickets will be attached to your
Disneyland account even if the reservations have been cancelled. There are a few ways in which you can locate them on your own. The easiest thing to do would be to log into your account and navigate to
Tickets and Reservation Details to try and "Make or Modify Park Reservations." If you have a valid ticket with reservations remaining, you will automatically be able to select it and make another booking. It's even easier if you have the
Disneyland Mobile App installed on your phone! Just press the "☰" Features Menu and select "Tickets and Passes" to see a list of tickets that are under your account. One final method would be to locate the original Confirmation email that you received from Disney when you purchased the tickets. There will be a link within that message to "Access your eTickets."
If you are still unsuccessful in locating your tickets, then please call
Ticket Guest Services and a friendly Cast Member will be able to assist you. Even if your tickets have expired, the
Terms and Conditions offer you some great options. You will be able to apply the cost of those tickets toward the purchase of new tickets of equal or higher value.
Michelle, I hope that you were able to use the information in this response to locate your tickets. You'll find that the Disneyland Resort is beautifully decorated for the
Disney100 Celebration this year. And we have the
Halloween and
Holiday Seasons coming up as well! I know you're going to have a great time when you do make it here. Please reach out to us again anytime with more questions. Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
