    I bought my Disneyland tickets before looking at the Good Neighbor packages and now I realized I am planning to stay at a Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel. Is there anything I can do receive the benefits of staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel?

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm super excited for you to begin your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth so very soon! In fact, I just returned from the Disneyland Resort and the Halloween decorations are phenomenal! Everywhere you look on Main Street, U.S.A., you'll see pumpkins and that giant Mickey Pumpkin at the entrance is so iconic. See if you can spot the single Elvis pumpkin hiding in the crowd of others! It's pretty adorable.

    I recently spoke to a Cast Member about your request and, unfortunately, there is no way to turn your Good Neighbor reservation into a Good Neighbor Hotel Vacation Package. Separately purchased Theme Park Tickets and hotel reservations cannot be retroactively turned into a Vacation Package. Packages that are reserved through the Disneyland website conveniently include both your tickets and hotel reservations. I have found that the prices when booking separately are pretty comparable even so. It's just the magical extras like the pin and lanyard that you'd be missing. 

    I'm sorry if that wasn't the magical answer for which you were hoping. Nevertheless, you're going to have such a fantastic time visiting during this spooky time of year! Halloween is my favorite season to visit the Disneyland Resort, mostly due to the delicious foods that they create for this time. Check out the Disney Parks Blog Foodie Guide just for Halloween! I can personally vouch for the Pecan Caramel Trifle from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe and that Minnie Mouse: Hocus Pocus Halloween Dress-up Sipper is an especially hot item!
