If you purchased your theme park tickets using the same Disney account that’s connected to your
My Disney Experience app, there’s a good chance they’re already linked and just waiting for you to view them. To check, open the My Disney Experience app on your iPhone and tap the ☰ (menu) icon in the bottom right corner. Then select “Tickets and Passes.” If your tickets are already linked, you’ll see them listed right there, along with the Guests they’re assigned to.
If your tickets don’t appear automatically, not to worry, you can link them manually in just a few taps. From that same “Tickets and Passes” screen, tap the plus (+) icon in the top right corner and choose “Link Tickets & Passes.” Then, simply enter the confirmation number you received when you purchased your tickets, and the app will guide you through the rest.
Once your tickets are linked, the My Disney Experience app becomes your ultimate vacation planning tool! You’ll be able to make and modify theme park reservations (if needed for your ticket type), view park hours, join virtual queues, check wait times, mobile order food, and even use
Disney Genie services to help you plan your day via the tip board. It’s also where you’ll access your Disney
MagicMobile pass, which lets you use your phone for park entry, Lightning Lane check-ins, and more.
