I bought Disney tickets that were to be used in May 2020. My tickets now say that they are expiring Sept 2021. I’m working as covid nurse and I don’t foresee myself being able to make a trip for several more months. Can I extend the use of tickets?

Welcome to planDisney, Kansas. Thanks so much for visiting us with your question.

I totally understand where you’re coming from and I thank you for the very important work you have been doing. There is definitely a solution to this theme park ticket dilemma and I’m happy to help you.

Your time is valuable, so to bypass having to call the resort, I suggest emailing WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com

-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, no problem. Just include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)

    -Include your name
-daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-where and when the ticket was purchased
    -purchaser’s name
    -form of payment used

Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, a Cast Member will reach out to you. It’s very likely the expiration dates for unused tickets will be extended.
