Daphne from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, I bought Disney tickets. I forgot to get a discount because I am state employee. Can I get it partially refunded?

Welcome to planDisney, Daphne! Thanks so much for taking the time to send us your question. I'm happy to help.

Currently, the Disneyland Resort doesn't offer any discounts to California State Employees; however, some companies offer discounts through their Human Resource department. They will provide you with a special link when purchasing your admission. Unfortunately, according to Disney's eTicket Terms and Conditions, the theme park tickets that you bought are nonrefundable. I know this is not the magical answer you were hoping to hear, and I wish I could blow a little bit of pixie dust your way.

For future reference, you may be interested in the promotional Southern California "SoCal" resident tickets (for residents in zip codes 90000-93599), typically offered from January through May. Although the 3-day SoCal Resident ticket offer may no longer be available, keep checking Special Offers & Discounts page for the most up-to-date information.

Mickey and I hope you have a great time at the parks tomorrow, Daphne! If you haven't visited in a while, spend some time at Avengers Campus, where you can sling webs with Spider-Man on the new interactive WEB SLINGERS attraction! See ya real soon!
