Hi there, John!
Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate that you came by with your question. Your trip to the Disneyland Resort is almost here! I hope that you have some exciting plans in store for your visit! There are so many awesome things happening this year and more coming down the line. The
Disney100 Celebration is going on all throughout this year as well!
As per the
eTicket Terms and Conditions, tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Ticket upgrades are usually handled by the Main Entrance Ticket Booth in the Esplanade where you may use the cost of your ticket to purchase another ticket of higher value, but I'm afraid that ticket exchanges for credit are usually not allowed. If you do decide to take advantage of the special
California Resident Ticket Offer, you have options with your original ticket. Even if the ticket is expired, you may apply the cost of the wholly unused ticket towards the purchase of another ticket of equal or higher value in the future.
I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping to hear. Nevertheless, you're going to have a fantastic time at the Happiest Place on Earth! If you're a Marvel fan, be sure to make your way to the Hyperion Theater in Disney California Adventure to try and catch the limited run of
"Rogers: The Musical" before it goes away on August 31! And while you're over at Disneyland Park, head on over to the
Haunted Mansion to celebrate the release of the theatrical film on July 28!
John, thank you again for stopping by and I hope you have a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort! If you need anything else from us at planDisney, feel free to write again anytime!
“So hurry back, we would like your company.”
