Justin from Wiltshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have bought my Disney Park tickets online through Disney for late August. I have already booked some theme park dates but have just been told that our flights have now changed by a few days. How do I change the date that I want my tickets to be valid?

    Hi Justin,

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so glad you brought your question to us, as we’d like to help make your planning process go as smoothly as possible, especially when you have those surprise changes like your flights.

You can change your ticket dates by logging in to your My Disney Experience account and scrolling down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.”  Then select “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker.” Find the ticket you would like to change and click “Change Ticket.” You’ll be able to select new dates for your theme park tickets. If you are changing to a date that has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference in cost.

After you change your theme park ticket dates, you will also need to make new Theme Park Reservations. If you have any issues completing the steps I described, you can receive assistance from a Cast Member by calling the number listed under “Disney Park Tickets.”

Justin, now that your travel dates have changed, look at the Eat to the Beat Concert Series lineup! You can visit the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and catch a live performance in the America Gardens Theater. Personally, I hope I get the chance to see Boyz II Men or Hanson!

Enjoy your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Justin! If you have any future planning questions, you can find me again at planDisney!
