    I just bought a Disney Gift Card for CA AL tix. It said it could be used for theme park tix. However, when I try and enter the correct # (I've triple checked) it says "Enter a Valid Number."

    Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you coming by with your question! It sounds like you're trying to prepare for a fun filled trip to the Disneyland Resort and I'm sorry that you aren't able to get your Disney Gift Cards to work. Let's see if we can troubleshoot this issue for you.

    As you stated, you are indeed able to use a Disney Gift Card to purchase Theme Park Tickets. During the Checkout process, there is an option to click on "Use a Disney Gift Card" as a payment option. You will need to enter the Account # and EAN of the gift card, one of which will need to be revealed by scratching off the hidden portion of a physical card. Double to check make sure that you are entering the correct numbers in the text fields. 

    Using disneygiftcard.com, you could check to make sure that there is a positive balance on the card. This site will allow you to register multiple Disney Gift Cards and even consolidate your balance into one card (up to $1000). It is not a mobile wallet, however, so please do not treat it as such. You will still need to keep your physical gift cards in order to use them.

    If you are still having issues using your gift card, I would recommend contacting a Cast Member through the Disney Gift Card Help page. They'll hopefully be able to help you iron out the issues with your card.
