I bought a 3 day weekday ticket in April and went once in that month. We were going to go in may but covid hit the family and we just saw that they expired on the 26 of may. Is there anything I can do to recover those 2 days please let me know thanks

Hi there, Edgar! We appreciate you taking the time to send in your question to planDisney!

Besides the beautiful weather, one of the great things about living in Southern California is the opportunity to purchase SoCal Resident Tickets at Disneyland Resort. I'm so sorry to hear that your family's illness prevented you from using your final two days on your tickets. Unfortunately, since your tickets are expired and partially used, there are no options to recover the days or receive a refund. If you'd like to discuss the details of your tickets, give Ticket Services a call at (714) 781-4636.

However, you may be interested to hear that Disneyland Resort has a brand new limited-time special ticket offer available to California residents (within ZIP codes 90000-96199). This time, there are two different options, depending on your intended park visit dates. One allows for admission from Monday to Thursday, and the other allows you to visit Monday through Sunday, meaning no blockout dates apply! These tickets are for one park per day, but the Park Hopper Ticket can be added as an upgrade. They can be redeemed on any three eligible days from June 13 through September 15, subject to Park Pass availability

I hope this helps, Edgar! The planDisney Panel is sending some pixie dust your way, and we are looking forward to seeing ya real soon!
