I bought the 5 day tix for our family of 5 w/ 3 under 8 & the Halloween Party for 10/20. My question is: Do I have to use one of my MK tix in addition to the Halloween tix? We also have 10am @ CM for that day. I think it will be too much to do all 3...

    Hi there Annastasia!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Unless you want to visit Magic Kingdom Park earlier in the day, you do not have to use one of your regular theme park tickets. Although Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party does not officially begin until 7:00 p.m., my family has always been allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park beginning at 4:00 p.m. with just our special event tickets.

I agree with you that it would be a bit much to visit a theme park all day, dine at Chef Mickey's and attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party with three children under the age of 8. When I have attended the party with my four children, we have always spent a relaxing day at our Disney Resort hotel and enjoyed a fun Table-Service meal prior to heading to Magic Kingdom Park. My strategy has always been to take it easy during the day, so that the children could last until midnight.

I hope this information answers your question. Please don't hesitate to visit me again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Annastasia!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
