Hi there, Johnson! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! Can you believe that your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort is only a few days away? I'm so excited to hear that you'll be headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth so soon! But before we can get your travel party standing in the middle of the magic, we need to make those Theme Park Reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system!
Johnson, if you've purchased the tickets for your travel party online, they should already be linked under your My Disney Experience account. You can see if this is the case by logging into your account online, hovering your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and clicking
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you'll be able to see the tickets linked to your account and which Guest they're assigned to. If you can see your travel party's tickets here, great! Go ahead and make your Theme Park Reservations.
If you purchased your tickets another way, you will want to
link your tickets to your account. You will need the ID Number that's listed on the back of the ticket or in your email, depending on how you purchased them. After these tickets are linked and assigned to the Guests in your travel party, you'll be able to make your Theme Park Reservations.
Also, take a peek at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar! The parks have been quickly booking up during this spring season. However, if you don't see the parks you wish to visit, never fear! My first recommendation would be to book the parks that are available. My next best piece of advice would be to consider upgrading your tickets to the
Park Hopper Option. This option will allow you to tap into your first park of the day (the park you have a reservation for), then you can hop over to another park after 2:00 PM. This is a great way to truly maximize the magic during your vacation! You can start your day in EPCOT, sampling the outdoor kitchens of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, then hop over to Magic Kingdom Park to see the stunning Disney Enchantment nighttime spectacular!
If you have any problems with the above steps, you may want to
call a Cast Member to speak with someone directly. If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I have two suggestions for you. First, try calling right at 7:00 AM EST when phone lines open! Since Cast Members help so many Guests, their type of magic can often be in high demand. And this brings me to my next suggestion: have a little extra patience! As Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time." Cast Members are a little like real-life fairy godparents who try to stretch their magic wands as far as they can reach for every Guest. Bringing some extra patience and kindness will be warmly welcomed!
Johnson, prior to your trip, you and your travel party may also want to download and explore the My Disney Experience app! You can check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

See ya real soon!
