How exciting that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort with such a large group right at the end of the year! Will you be ringing in the New Year while in one of the Parks? I'm sure that would make an unforgettable experience and what a way to welcome 2024!
I'm sorry that you haven't been able to make reservations for your group. I just checked the Reservation Calendar and I still see open reservations for your requested date, so I'm puzzled why you aren't able to secure them. Let me go over the process for making reservations first and then we'll try and troubleshoot.
- First, log into your Disneyland account via the Disneyland website. Are all the tickets in your group linked to your account? If not, please do so (hover your cursor over "My Disneyland" and click on "Link Tickets"). That way, you'll be able to make reservations for everyone.
- Head to Tickets and Reservation Details and click on "Make or Modify Park Reservations."
- Click on "Book Theme Park Reservation."
- On the next screen, you should see all the tickets linked to your account. You can create your party here and when you click "Continue," you'll be able to select the dates for which you'd like to visit.
That's the normal process for making reservations. There are a few possibilities for why you haven't been able to make reservations. The most common reason is that reservations were already made for you when you purchased your tickets. If so, then you should have seen your reservations when you visited the Tickets and Reservation Details page and you and your group should be all set!
Make sure that your tickets have not expired. They generally have long shelf lives, so if they've been purchased recently, they should still be good. Special tickets do expire sooner, however, like the California Resident Ticket offer which expires on September 28, 2023.
Were the tickets purchased through a third party (i.e. not Disney)? Some tickets need to be activated before you are able to make reservations and this will be specific for whatever marketplace sold you the tickets.
If you still are unable to get your dates, please call the Tickets Guest line to speak to a friendly Cast Member who will be more than happy to assist you. You're visiting at a very popular time of year, so I would recommend securing those reservations as soon as possible!
