Greetings, Branson, and welcome to planDisney!
How thoughtful of you to purchase tickets to the Disneyland Resort for your family. I hope they really enjoyed your gift and were able to make the most of their visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Once activated, each ticket is only usable by that specific individual and Disney Cast Members will verify that person's identity by matching the picture that was taken upon first entry. So they would be unable to transfer the remaining unused day to your account. And unfortunately, per the
Terms and Conditions of Disney eTickets, "no credit or refunds will be given for the non-use of any portion of a Theme Park ticket’s entitlements."
Nevertheless, I hope that your family enjoyed the two days that they did utilize on their tickets. Regular multi-day tickets will expire 13 days after first use, but if they were
Southern California Resident Tickets, they may be used on non-consecutive weekdays and they have until May 25, 2023 to use them. And as posted on the
Disney Parks Blog, be on the lookout for more opportunities to purchase the lowest-priced tickets during this year.
Branson, I hope that I was able to answer your question. As always, please feel free to visit us again at planDisney any time! We're here to help!
Have a Magical Day!
