Hi, Brian! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
With
Walt Disney World Resort’s new
date-based ticket pricing system, the amount you paid for your three-day
Theme Park tickets was dependent upon the dates you plan to visit. You may change those dates up until the start date for your current ticket, but you may have to pay the difference if the new dates are at a higher rate. If your new dates are at a lower rate, there will not be a refund for the difference.
If your tickets have not yet been activated, you should be able to modify their start date in your
My Disney Experience account. Once you’re logged into your account, go to “Tickets and Passes.” Here you should see all of the tickets currently connected to your account. Tap on the ones you wish to modify in order to change the start date. You should also be able to do this with your
My Disney Experience mobile app.
Should you run into trouble, simply reach out to a Cast Member at the
“Existing Tickets” helpline and they’ll get you squared away.
Good luck, Brian! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help you plan your next visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
