Hi, I bought a 9 day park ticket can I upgrade to a season pass? If so how?

Hey, howdy, hey, Emily, and welcome to planDisney. A nine-day trip to the "Place Where Dreams Come True" means you get to pack in a lot of magic. We did the same thing as you and traded in regular tickets for annual passes. Here is how to do it.

You may upgrade your Theme Park Ticket to an annual pass provided you do it anytime before the last day of use provided there are no special circumstances or restrictions. The remaining value of the ticket should be applied to your annual pass purchase and the Cast Member will tell you more. You can upgrade at any ticket window, Guest Relations location, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. You may also call and speak with a Cast Member with Existing Tickets.

planDisney Pro Tip: If you know you are going to upgrade your ticket do it on the first day of your trip so you can take advantage of all the Disney Passholder benefits including discounts on food and merchandise. You will also have special benefits beyond the theme parks to enjoy.

Emily, may your February and March adventures be filled with laughter and smiles especially when you see Mickey Mouse. Please feel free to stop by again and write me back directly for more Disney vacation planning tips.

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
