Hi there, Tracy!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question. I'm so sorry that you're having issues making reservations for your trip to the Disneyland Resort. It sounds like your trip will be here before you know it, so let's try and figure this out! I'm a guest just like yourself, so I don't have access to the inner workings of your account, but I'll try and go over some of the most common issues I see others experiencing.
When you purchase
Theme Park Tickets through the
Disneyland website, reservations are typically made for you when you select the dates of your visit, so sometimes guests are under the assumption that they still need to make them. You can easily check on this by navigating to
Ticket and Reservation Details and clicking on "Make or Modify Park Reservations." If you see every ticket you purchased with 3 days reserved for each ticket, then you're all good!
If that's not what you see, then yes, you'll need to make more reservations. As I write this, the
Reservation Availability Calendar is pretty open for 1 Park Per Day Tickets around the time of your visit. Regular multi day tickets need to be used within a two week window and the system will not allow you to book dates outside of this window once the first reservation is made.
You could try linking one of the tickets to its proper recipient and having them try to make the reservations themselves just to troubleshoot. Ordinarily, it's fairly easy to use that "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button to select a ticket, then select the date you'd like to reserve (if available) and confirming. You'll have to do that for each ticket and each day you want to reserve.
If you're still having issues, I would recommend contacting a Cast Member at the
Tickets Guest Services line. I'm sure they would be able to look into your account and help you out before your visit. And I certainly hope you get things ironed out because the
Holiday Season is one of the most beautiful times to visit the Disneyland Resort! There's a sprinkling of snow over Sleeping Beauty Castle and the smell of gingerbread in the air. I love visiting at this time just for the food alone! In fact, the Foodie Guide was recently published for the
Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure as well as a
general Holiday guide for the entire Resort!
Tracy, I wish you the best as you work through this and I hope that you have a most wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If there is anything else you need from us, please feel free to write again anytime. You're always welcome at planDisney!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
