Welcome to
planDisney, Patricia! I’m excited to know that you have plans to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort soon! Thanks for visiting us with your planning question.
As a Florida Resident myself, I always feel like
Springtime is the best time of the year, when it comes to taking advantage of
Special Offers for Florida Residents. I’m so sorry you’re having an issue with your theme park tickets. Let’s see how we can make this work.
If you received an email with your ticket purchase confirmation, you should have a confirmation number on it. You can use that number to
link your theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. It sometimes takes a bit to update, so make sure to refresh your web page and that may help. Go to “My Plans” to see if the tickets linked to your account. If they are not linked, and you’re still having trouble, you can always call the resort at (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you!
Once you have your tickets organized the way you want them, you can go ahead and make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for each person in your travel party, via your My Disney Experience account.
Patricia, it’s also important to note that if you didn’t
verify your Florida Residency online, you must do so at any theme park ticket window, or the Disney Springs Guest Services location, before you can use your tickets to enter the theme parks. But don’t worry, you will still be able to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations before you activate your tickets.
It is also a good idea to take a look at the
Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website before your upcoming visit. It will tell you all about the health and safety measures in place right now all over the Walt Disney World Resort.
I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It’s our pleasure to give you
our planning tips and help you with all of the details of your next
magical visit!
