I bought 10 day no expiration park hoppers several years ago for my family. I need to know how many days are left on these tickets so I can plan my vacation to Disney World. I have ticket numbers and Magic Band numbers.

Hiya, Karen! I'm so glad you found the trail of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left for you and followed it back here to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! There's so much to see and do with The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration. Be sure to check out the Beacons of Magic which light up the night in every park and pick out a few celebratory desserts to make your vacation that much sweeter! Karen, magic will be waiting for you around every corner and I'm so excited to help make your trip practically perfect in every way.

Before you can get to the fun part of planning, we have to make sure that we can see how many No Expiration Tickets you have left! There are a few steps we can take together to get you on the right track. Let me just grab my magic wand!

First, let's see if these tickets are already linked to your account. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. See if you can view your No Expiration Tickets for your travel party. If you can, that's great! You can continue to make your Theme Park Reservations for your trip.

If not, Hakuna Matata! No worries! Let's try to link your tickets to your account. Head to the Link Reservations and Purchases page and select Tickets. Enter your ticket information and continue to link them to people in your travel party. You should now be able to view your tickets in My Plans

Karen, if the above steps don't work for any reason, I would advise you to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. They're a little like real-life fairy godparents who can stretch their wands just a bit farther for us! You can either call a Cast Member or send an email to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Be sure to include as much information as you can, including your ticket numbers or photographs of each ticket.

Once you've successfully linked your tickets, go ahead and make your Theme Park Reservations. This is the best way to make sure you have entry to the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip! I'd also recommend downloading and exploring the My Disney Experience app. A little like your own magic wand, this will unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer! My favorite reasons to use this app are to check wait times for attractions and mobile order food. This way, I always know my snacks and meals are ready before I ever feel a rumbly in my tumbly!

Karen, I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you continue to plan your magical vacation! If you have any other questions, please fly your magic carpet our way again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
