Hi Lonnie,
Welcome to planDisney, and greetings from a former Hoosier! I'm sorry to hear you're having some troubles with your tickets. I've had something similar happen before, and I'd be happy to help!
In my situation, I had a multi-day ticket good for only a few days and another one that was a
No Expiration Option ticket. Like you, I didn't want to risk having the days taken from my No Expiration Option ticket, so I used the physical ticket to enjoy my days in the theme parks. When I got home, I noticed that the days were taken from the wrong ticket, even though I hadn't used my
MagicBand. Perplexed, I called a friendly Cast Member and was told that regardless of how a Guest accesses the parks - by MagicBand, card, or now the all-new
Disney MagicMobile service, it's pulling from whatever is in your
My Disney Experience account. I should have asked a Cast Member to order the tickets in my account to make sure it pulled from the correct one. I'm guessing that's what happened with your tickets, too. I'd encourage you to
call a Cast Member who specializes in existing tickets for assistance. If you have your receipt, ticket ID number, or anything regarding the one-day ticket you used last fall, that will be helpful as they check out your account. I'm sending pixie dust that they'll be able to get this all straightened out for you!
Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, Lonnie, and please feel free to come see us any time you have a Disney-planning question or want some advice about some aspect of your next Walt Disney World Resort adventure. We're always here and happy to help! I hope you enjoy Minnie more magical moments with your No Expiration Option tickets!
