Hi Gail,
Park Hopper Option tickets are a great way to get to experience lots of magic and fun as well as enjoy the flexibility to come and go from the theme parks however you choose!
For tickets that were purchased prior to October 16, 2018 when the
ticketing structure was updated, you'll have 14 days from the first time you use them to enjoy all of your visits. The date that you purchased them doesn't impact their expiration date, rather you'll need to go by the date that you activated the tickets. I'm hoping that you purchased them ahead of time and didn't use them until recently so that you may still get one more magical day out of them. If, however, 14 days have already passed from the first time you used them, I'm sorry to let you know that they have expired and that last day's admission won't be valid any more.
Did you know that your
Disney PhotoPass photos are available for 45 days after the photos were taken? Be sure to enjoy those photos online or on the
My Disney Experience app and purchase or download any you'd like to save to be able to relive your wonderful Disney memories for years to come.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gail, and please let us know if we can answer any more questions for you. I hope that your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort was truly magical, and I'm sending some pixie dust that it will work out for you to enjoy one more day of magic and fun!
Missy
