Hi there, Jose!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney. Finding an unused theme park ticket to Disneyland Resort would be a magical surprise!
The ticket expiration date should be located in your Ticket Confirmation email. You may be able to search for that email by looking for "Disneyland Confirmation" in the subject line. If you already added the park ticket to your
Disneyland app, you should also be able to see the expiration date in the app. Open the app, click on the three bars at the bottom, and select "My Tickets & Passes." The expiration date is typically listed under your park ticket. Theme park tickets are good for quite a while in my experience. For example, I recently purchased a park ticket for my child, and it expires in January 2026.
I have good news! If your ticket is expired, it can most likely be used towards another ticket! In most circumstances, you can apply the amount paid for a whole unused, expired ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price (as long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket). This can be done by calling the
"Tickets" line.
Once you have your tickets figured out, you will need to make park reservations to enter a theme park. This can be done on the
Disneyland website or the Disneyland app. On the app, choose the "+" symbol at the bottom and select "Make a Park Reservation." I suggest making your reservations as soon as you decide on a date, as reservations often become unavailable the closer it gets to your arrival date.
This is a fantastic time of year to visit Disneyland Resort!
Halloween Time is happening through October 31, 2024, and it is full of tasty treats, spooktacular nighttime spectaculars, and Halloween overlays on some beloved attractions, such as
Haunted Mansion Holiday and
Guardians of the Galaxy - Monsters After Dark.
Jose, thank you again for reaching out to planDisney. We hope to see you real soon!
Seasons Screamings!
