Hi there, Laura! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm always so happy to chat with a fellow Floridian, especially when the topic is a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. Let's help you make your Disney days practically perfect in every way!
Since you're just modifying your existing tickets, you should be able to do so without losing your
Disney Park Pass reservations as long as you still have valid tickets for the dates of those reservations. Go ahead and hop into the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen. On the next page, click on the "Tickets and Passes" tile, which will take you to a screen where you can swipe through the tickets associated with your account. Under each ticket listing, you'll see an option to modify it. The choices available should include "Number of Days" and "Ticket Type," and you may need to adjust both of those options to get your tickets just the way you want them.
Once you've finished, jump back over to the menu screen in the My Disney Experience app and tap on the "Future Plans" tile to double check that your Disney Park Pass reservations are still there. Remember, as long as
you haven't changed the dates on your tickets, your theme park reservations should be fine - but I always like to make sure!
I hope this helps you start the new year with a little bit of Disney magic, Laura! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us, and have an amazing visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
