    I bought a 3 day base tickets, if I upgrade with the water park option can I do the water park one day and go to a theme park in the evening to see the fire works without the hopper option.

    Hi Katie, I wish I could say the answer was yes, but unfortunately without the hopper pass you can only visit one park per day.  I know hopper passes are a little more than the base tickets, but they are so worth it for reasons just like the one you explained.
    Let's just say on your first two days you visited MK and DHS.  On day three you are at Epcot and at 2 PM someone in your party really wants to go ride the Rock N Roller Coaster one more time.  With the hopper option, this is not a problem, you just catch the bus and head on over.  But without it you can only visit Epcot that day.
