    Bought a couple of pin grab bags so DD can trade on upcoming trip/disney marked & tradeable. I was wondering what other markings on the back make some pins different/more unique than others. DD are new to pin trading and treat it like treasure hunting

    Hi Wendy! That's exactly how I got my daughter started on pin trading, and, several years later, she still has a blast doing it! She loves trading with cast members, and her favourite is when they offer a mystery pin! One of the special markings she always looks for is when they have a hidden Mickey. It's a teeny, standard Mickey (one circle with two circle ears) hidden somewhere on the pin. She also loves getting special edition pins. Disney often offers limit editions pins, such as Christmas and Halloween ones.

    If you get your daughter a lanyard, they can get heavy when full. My daughter usually just takes a few with her, or puts a few pins on her hat.
