I'm sorry you're experiencing technical difficulties with your boyfriend's
Annual Pass, Diana. If you are indeed
linked and sharing plans as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience but are unable to make a theme park reservation on his behalf, it might be that his Annual Pass is not connected to his My Disney Experience account. To verify this he will need to log into his
My Disney Experience account and select 'My Plans' before scrolling to 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets' and selecting 'Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker'. If his Annual Pass is linked to his account, you should see it indicated there. If not, simply follow the steps to link the pass by entering the Annual Pass ID number (found on the back of his Annual Pass). If this doesn't resolve the issue, I would suggest reaching out to a helpful Cast Member at the
Annual Passholders phone line.
