Greetings, Amy, and welcome to planDisney. You're now a member of the club that's made for you and me...the
Annual Passholder Club! Congratulations on making a magical decision. I know you'll love all the
perks and benefits of being a passholder because I certainly do. I especially enjoy the discounts at most shops and restaurants at
Walt Disney World Resort, and I've had a blast utilizing the
Park Hopper Option in the afternoons. I've become a big fan of having dinner at
EPCOT every chance I get! Now, let's see what options you have for those existing theme park tickets.
I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who offered some things to try. First, since you have up to one year to activate your Annual Passes, you could use the tickets you purchased for your November visit and then activate your Annual Passes on your next visit (as long as it's within a year of your purchase). That would extend your expiration date for the Annual Passes.
Another option is to give the
Annual Passholder Line a call. I'm unsure if you've paid for the passes in full or what type of tickets and passes you have, so they can advise you best. They can take all your information and offer you the best suggestions. Theme park tickets are typically nonrefundable, but I think they will try to work with you in this case. I'm sending pixie dust so you can apply those tickets to your Annual Passes!
Thanks again for stopping by, Amy! And enjoy your Annual Passes!
Come back anytime if you have additional questions. We love to help guests have practically perfect visits!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
