Hi Jessenia!
Welcome and thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. As a
Disney Cruise Line enthusiast and a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder myself, I would love to wave a magic wand to make your wish come true!
I chatted with a Cast Member in
V.I.PASSHOLDER Support about your question. Because your Annual Pass was purchased in 2020, there
may be an exception (though no guarantee) to the current policy regarding unactivated Annual Passes, but you would need to contact the Passholder Support desk directly at 407-939-4357.
Jessenia, on the
Walt Disney World Annual Pass Terms and Conditions information page, it states that:
“A Pass will expire if it is not activated within one (1) year from the date of purchase. No refunds will be given. The original Pass may not be transferred, and the amount paid for the original Pass may not be redeemed for cash or be used for any other purpose other than the purchase of another Pass or ticket. However, the amount paid for an unactivated, expired Pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new Pass or ticket (subject to availability) at the then current price so long as the new Pass or ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original Pass.”Now, I know this may not be the news you were hoping for, but perhaps applying the old Annual Pass to a new Pass or ticket would be a consolation to you. An
Annual Pass includes many perks and magical ways to enjoy Walt Disney World Resort, including special resort room rates, dining and merchandise discounts, and my favorite, discounts on many
Enchanting Extras Collection offerings. Of course, if the sea is calling and your heart is set on a Disney Cruise Line vacation, there are some amazing
special offers for Florida residents. Jessenia, I encourage you to contact the Passholder Support Desk and see if they can work some magic for you. I hope so!
I hope this has been helpful to you, Jessenia. Please
stop back by planDisney with any more questions you may have. I love chatting all things Disney with fellow Mousketeers!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
