    I bought Ahsoka’s cloak, but I need to exchange it for a smaller size. I think it’s only available to buy inside Galaxy’s Edge. Is it possible to exchange in park merchandise either in Disney Springs or outside the gate to Hollywood Studios?

    I hear you've just returned from an adventure on planet Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. While there are many galactic items that one might find, from lightsabers to handcrafted toys, it sounds like you found an extra special piece of cargo – a Jedi robe! I know that you're looking to exchange this robe for a smaller size; however, after speaking to a Cast Member, it doesn't appear that you'll be able to make this exchange at Disney Springs or outside of Disney's Hollywood Studios. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but fear not! Obi-Wan Kenobi isn't your only hope! I would recommend reaching out to a Cast Member by sending an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com or calling (877) 560-6477. While nothing is guaranteed, they will be happy to help you with any next steps that are available to you. You can also keep an eye on the shopDisney website to see if this robe becomes available online.
