Hello. I have bough tickets and park hopper for an upcoming day in May. I was curious what a park reservation meant tho - I’ve already got my tixs and selected which park I’m going to first / is there anything else I need to do ?

    Hey there, hi there, Jordan!

From all of us here at planDisney, welcome! I hope you're having a magical day and I'm so excited for you to be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth soon. Every time I think about strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. to the tune of Michael Giacchino's "Married Life" from the movie Up, it just puts a smile on my face!

All park visitors must have a valid ticket and a park reservation for the days that they would like to visit. If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website, usually reservations are automatically made for you. You can check this easily by logging into your Disneyland account and navigating to Tickets and Reservations. Select "Make Park Reservations" to confirm that you indeed have reservations for your visit. Since you've already selected your starting Park, I suspect that you are good to go. If not, then you'll need to make your reservations once you've linked your tickets to your account.

During May, the Disneyland Resort will be celebrating Star Wars Month as well as Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month! You'll have a variety of specially themed foods and snacks from which to choose. Before you arrive, be sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App so you can navigate around the Parks easier.

Jordan, I hope that was helpful for you and that you have a fantastic visit to the Disneyland Resort. If there is anything else that we at planDisney can do for you, just reach out again! We'd be happy to help.

    We'll See Ya Real Soon!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
