Are the Bottle-filling Stations filtered water or tap? Now, I'm not sure why they wouldn't be filtered since I don't know a single person who drinks tap water...but I wanted to verify. Thanks!

    Hiya, Tamara!

    Welcome to planDisney!

This is a great question. Hydration is important on a Disney day, no matter the outside weather. And don't forget to start your off with another important Disney must-do, stretching! Stretches, water bottles, all of the walking - who needs the gym!

I also bring a water bottle to the parks, and I'm happy to report that you'll have a nice mix of options. While there are still some old-school 80's water fountains around, some have been converted - or torn down and completely replaced - with the fancy water bottle refill stations like what you'd see in an airport, which do contain a filter. Water refill stations are usually found near restrooms, but you'll sometimes find them in other areas, like nEAR the exit of Autopia in the stroller parking lot or in various attraction queues.

My best refill Pro Tip, Tamara, is that you can help yourself to the cool ice and filtered cold water at the cafeteria-style Quick Service Dining Locations that have do-it-yourself beverage stations. This would include Alien Pizza Planet, Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta, and Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante. You'll have to ask for a complimentary water cup first to fill and then pour into your bottle, but you can re-use the cup, unlike the counter service locations where once the cup touches your hands they can't take it back.

I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Tamara! Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
