Ahoy, Breann!
Can you believe your Disney Cruise is next week? I know how excited you must be to embark on an enchanted voyage on the high seas with Captain Mickey! The next week may be a little overwhelming as you pack and anticipate everything you'll need, but just try to relax and do a little each day and you'll be ready before you know it! Disney Cruise Line makes
cruising with little ones very easy so be sure to go over everything you can take advantage of when you are aboard. My son was a year and a half on our first sailing, and it was one of the easiest vacations we experienced since Disney makes it so simple!
Bottled water and apple juice will need to be packed in your carry-on luggage since it's a liquid you are planning to consume onboard. You can pack as much as you can fit in the carry-on luggage your family plans to bring, and it must be sealed and in its original packaging. There is apple juice free of charge available onboard in the main dining areas, Cabanas (casual dining restaurant) and via room service. My daughter loves apple juice, and we've always been able to find it at any time of the day. There will be a small refrigerator in your stateroom where you can store your bottled water and apple juice.
Baby soap, shampoo, body wash, sunscreen can all go in checked luggage. If you have any medications, those should go in your carry-on with your water and apple juice. You'll also want to keep any items you'll want the first afternoon in your day bag or carry-on because it does take a few hours for all the luggage to be delivered. We like to have our bathing suits and some sunscreen with us just in case we want to hit the pool deck that first afternoon.
Breann, please write back if you have any other last minute questions! We are hEAR to help in anyway we can!
Have a magical time!
Nancy
