    We r booking 1 1/2 yrs. ahead of time for cruise. Anything could happen. Is it true that once you pay for concierge cruise that the money is non-refunable? Can apply it to another cruise at a different time? How long do you have to book another cruise?

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  You have an excellent question, and I will be glad to give you some important information about booking a concierge level room.  Concierge bookings fill up quickly so reserving a year and a half ahead of time is recommended.  The deposit you put down on your concierge level room is non-refundable at the time of booking.  If you decide to cancel your cruise at anytime you won't be able to get this money back, but you will be able to apply it to another concierge level room for another sail date.  This will need to be done at least 74 days prior to your sail date which is the latest you can make your final payment.  If you want to take advantage of reserving your port adventures and onboard activities at the 120 day mark, you will need to make final payment before this window opens up for you. 
    So, if you think you want to change your sail date just be sure it is done before final payment is due and no money will be lost.
