Hi! We’re booking our trip to WDW shortly, but we're unsure if our party will consist of 3 or 4 guests. Is it possible to change the number of guests after already booking your hotel and tickets and restaurant reservations?

    Hi Lauren,

I know how difficult it is to get everyone to coordinate vacation schedules. I have had to add two people to my reservation and it was fine.

Since you will be under the room capacity, I recommend you do not add an additional guest to your room or purchase the additional ticket until you are sure he or she will be joining you. Tickets are non-refundable so you definitely do not want to spend this money until you have to.

I would make my Advance Dining Reservations for four. It is easier to make a reservation smaller than larger. However, be mindful of restaurants which require preplanning such as Cinderella's Royal Table or a dinner show. Also, smaller restauants have limited space so if your party does drop, call and change the reservation. If you forget, you can usually adjust at the time of your meal.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
