    We are booking a trip for Nov. 1-8th, 2012. We would like to stay in a moderate resort. What are your recommendations as to best food, easiest transportation to parks, and ammentities/pools? There will be 4 adults and 2 kids age 9 and 14. Thank you!

    I would recommend that you elect to go to Port Orleans Riverside. A second choice would be Port Orleans French Quarter.

    I think that Port Orleans Riverside wins on all of your points here. In addition, both of these resorts have a boat launch that can take you to and from Downtown Disney. It may not be something that you use every day, but it is a nice perk. Frankly, it is like having a transportation option that is also an attraction!

    Finally, I think it has more to do, which is important for older children like yours. There are more things for them to run around and do, and that can make the stay even more special!
