    I am booking my trip for next summer (yay 50 ears)...can I add trip insurance after I book my trip when I book my flights? Thanks!

    Hi Renee! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question!

    A Travel Protection Plan purchased through the Walt Disney Travel Company may be added at the time of booking a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, or may be added anytime prior to final payment by calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639 or (407) W-DISNEY.  In most cases, final payment for vacation packages is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Be sure to review the terms and conditions of the plan to understand covered benefits and any exceptions.  If you have questions about the Travel Protection Plan, contact a representative from the program administrator, Aon Affinity, at (844) 203-3123. 

    For your convenience, I have also included the Walt Disney Travel Company terms and conditions which include cancellation policies for Walt Disney World Resort.
