When booking a stay online, am I able to reserve a room with a specific bed size or do we get stuck with whatever is given. Specifically, if the resort we book with offers a king sized bed, can I specifically get reserve a room with it?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Matt! There’s lots to explore this Autumn at the Walt Disney World Resort, so you’ve picked a great time of year to visit!

When booking at stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, I’ve noticed that value and moderate resorts, like for example, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, will give the option for a King-sized bed. So, yes! You can absolutely reserve a room with a King-sized bed. If you don’t see the room configuration you’re wanting, you can always make a request in your online room reservation or you can make a quick phone call.

You can reach a Resort Reservation Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 to make your requests and ask more specific questions based on where you would like to stay.

Matt, if you haven’t done so already, take a look at all the Autumn fun the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer during your trip. The Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival will be in full swing. There are lots of delicious foods to explore from so many different countries! There are also lots of opportunities to meet some of your favorite celebrity chefs and personalities, many of them taking part in this festival for the first time!

I hope I’ve cleared up any confusion about accommodations. Come back to see us if you have any more questions!
