When booking a spa service at the Grand Floridian Spa do you gain access to the pool?

    Hi Ariel,

The Grand Floridian Spa is easily one of my favorite experiences at Disney World. It is so relaxing and the services are truly top-tier. There are some great amenities that you get to take advantage of when you book a spa service so I recommend arriving early for your appointment or leaving some time for relaxation afterwards.

Once you arrive at the Grand Floridian Spa, you are free to use the steam room, hot tub, dressing room equipped with showers, and relaxation room either before or after your scheduled service. This does not include the resort pool which is reserved only for guests staying at the Grand Floridian Resort. The hot tub and steam room are super relaxing but make sure to bring a swimsuit with you if you plan to enjoy these facilities as it is required.

Even though you won't have access to the pool, there are some great shops and dining locations that I highly recommend checking out. At the spa, you will have access to a shower and facilities for getting yourself ready for an evening out so you can finish your relaxing day and then head out for an evening of fun right afterward. I love to schedule a dinner or drinks after my spa visit inside the resort.

The Enchanted Rose is a gorgeous Beauty and the Beast-themed lounge that has some of the best drinks and small bites. The Artisanal Cheese Selection and London Fog are delicious and a must-do for me on every trip. Also at the Grand Floridian is Citricos, an upscale Mary Poppins-inspired restaurant with Guava-barbecued Short Ribs that will make your mouth water in a super classy way, of course.

    Happy Planning
