Hi, we're booking a private tour on the Bahamas but need to clarify the hours there. The itinerary says guests ashore at 9:30, does that mean we'reactually on land by 9:30 or is it when we line up to get off the ship?

    Ahoy Marilour!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm sure you're dreaming of basking in the warm Bahamian sun when you set sail on your magical voyage with Disney Cruise Line!
I'm glad you asked this question because I know you want to make sure you maximize your time ashore. If your itinerary states 9:30 a.m. then that is the time the captain plans on having Guests begin disembarking after local officials have cleared the ship. Often lines form around this time because Guests are eager to get off as soon as possible, so you may want to plan a few extra minutes to disembark in case this happens on your particular sailing. Hopefully, nothing will alternate the schedule and the ship will arrive on time or a little early, but you may want to have a 10-15 minute window to meet your tour operator just in case.
Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel with your question, Marilour! If you think of anything else, please let us know!
Have a magical day and happy planning!
