    When booking at POR can you be guaranteed a Bayou or Mansion room depending on your preference? I have 2 kids who prefer not to sleep together so want a Bayou room with the trundle/dropdown bed for the smaller child. Any suggestions on building to request

    Hey Lisa! It makes me so happy when guests stay at Port Orleans Riverside! I love everything about that resort, and know that you will too! They will do their very best to accommodate your request, but remember that room requests cannot be guaranteed. I recommend calling the resort directly about a week before your arrival and making the request. The number is (407) 934-6000.

    If, by chance, you do end up in the Mansions, which are beautiful by the way, you can always request a cot for one of your kids.
