    booking a meers connect shuttle from orlando airport to check in to animal kingdon lodge. meers lists two drop off points: jambo house or kidani village. which for lodge guests arriving with luggage?

    I've used Mears Connect on many past occasions and have always arrived at my Disney Resort Collection hotel refreshed and ready to tackle my day. It's an economical and convenient way to travel and saves me from hoisting my luggage in and out of a third-party ride-share vehicle.

    I'm so thrilled to hear you'll be enjoying a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge in just a few short weeks. Stepping into the grand lobby is always a breathtaking experience. The architecture and decor are so stunning, and you can't help but want to rush right out to soak up the savanna views as soon as you arrive. I don't have access to your reservation details, but I'd guess that your reservation is at Jambo House unless you booked a Studio or Villa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. This is a Disney Vacation Club Resort located just next to the main building which features Deluxe Studios with kitchenettes, as well as 1, 2 and 3-bedroom Villas. 

    You can confirm your reservation details by signing in to your My Disney Experience Account and navigating to "My Plans." Scroll down to review the list of upcoming resort reservations to determine whether your resort is listed as Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo House) or Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. You are also welcome to call a Cast Member with the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Team for clarification or additional questions. 

    You'll be glad to know that an internal shuttle runs between Jambo House and Kidani Village so you are welcome to explore both during your stay. I'll be staying at Kidani Village later this month (and taking advantage of being within walking distance of the incredible cuisine at Sanaa) but I also plan to visit Victoria Falls Lounge located in Jambo House at some point during our trip. The shuttle arrives frequently and the ride is brief so I can head back and forth as often as I like. Bell Services is also available to assist at both locations.
