    Booking made in UK via TUI for me +5 family members all under 1 booking ref. On MyDisney 4 names appear at top of page under family & friends plans managed by me. 2 names are at bottom of screen saying plans not mnaged by me. How do I rectify

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Linda! I'm so happy you stopped by. 

    Linda, it sounds like you have a fabulous family vacation planned with your loved ones. For me, nothing really brings out the magic in a Walt Disney World Resort vacation like making memories with my loved ones. As you know, planning for a group can take a little finesse, but it sounds like you have everything well at hand by linking up your group in your My Disney Experience account. 

    Linda, do any members of your group have their own My Disney Experience accounts? If so, it will not show that you are managing their plans, and you will need to invite them to connect with you. 

    To do this, simply go to your "Friends and Family" list, click "Add a Guest" and then select "I'll enter their name and age". Once you input the required information for that party member, you can invite the guest to connect. If this does not work, or if your party members do not have a My Disney Experience account, you will need to call 0800 16 90 749 and the friendly Cast Member will be able to manually link your accounts so that you may manage their plans.
