Hi Christine!
Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney!
I’m so excited you’re considering booking the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. It’s one of my all-time favorite Disney World experiences! It was really neat to learn how the magic comes to life each day at the
Magic Kingdom, as well as the fascinating history behind it all.
Without giving away too many spoilers about the tour, in my experience, there were two attractions included. And I’m happy to report that these attractions were both calm and slow-moving.
According to the Sensory Experience Details guide for this tour, you can expect that attractions won’t be bumpy, fast, or wet, and they won’t lift off the ground. You can find the full Sensory Experience Details guide in the Know Before You Go section of the
Keys to the Kingdom Tour webpage on Disney World’s website.
Of course, the tour offerings are always subject to change. So, if your daughter doesn’t feel comfortable with the options on the day of your tour, feel free to chat with your guide. They’ll be happy to help as much as they can.
With how popular this tour is, I recommend booking as soon as possible since you just might be within your booking window already! If you’re staying at a
Disney World resort, you can book your tour 60 days prior to your resort check-in date (pending availability).
I hope that helps! Have the best time with your daughter! You two will make some amazing memories together on this trip. If you have any other questions as you continue to plan, feel free to come back and visit us!
