    I have booked my vacation via phone for POFQ. I requested building 4 first floor. Looking at my reservation it has first floor but not building 4. Should I call back now and have it added or call POFQ close to arrival and tell them. can you give me the#

    Hi Debra,

    While Disney can't guarantee that room requests are fulfilled, they do make every effort to accommodate guest wishes.

    If you have a specific building you're like to be in, I would certainly call to have this added to your reservation. I would call Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY now to let them know of your request. Then I'd call POFQ directly about 5-7 days prior to your arrival to reiterate your request. The actual room assignments are done at that point. Ask to speak with the room assignment office. POFQ can be reached at (407) 934-5000.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get the room location you're looking for.
